How does the trial work?
Your first 7 days are free, and a card is required to start. Workjig answers your real customers and books real jobs, and you see every call and booking before you pay anything. On day 8 your card is charged $199 a month plus tax, unless you cancel before then. You can cancel any time from Settings › Billing.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your existing number stays yours — we forward it to your Workjig number. Your customers keep calling the number they already have.
What happens when Workjig answers a call?
Workjig answers as your business and books the job against your real availability. Every call and booking shows up in your schedule, so you always see what happened.
Is this an answering service?
No. An answering service takes a message and leaves the work to you. Workjig books the job and keeps your schedule. It is software for running your business, and the phone is where it starts.
Can I still answer my own calls?
Yes. You choose who picks up first — you or Workjig — and you can change it any time by dialing a code from your phone. Workjig is there for the calls you can't take.
